Recently in my Pinterest adventures, I came across the lovely Regina's shop - Oh, Albatross. And what a find. She has the most precious vintage finds...a gorgeously curated collection of vintage toys, office supplies, and doodads. But I cannot get over her handmade menagerie of the absolutely sweetest fabric creatures. In fact, it's much more accurate to call them toy sculptures. Foxes, bears, giraffes, and so much more - they'd make the perfect present for an animal-loving kid, or the finishing touches on bedroom decor. I'm eying them up for Auden, but I can't pick my favorite yet!

Twenty Week Ultrasound

Last Friday, we hit the halfway point of the pregnancy! I think this was the point my husband and I were the most excited...I scheduled the ultrasound for 8AM sharp (and infinite appreciation to Ryan, who was rather sleep deprived).

Absolutely nothing compares to the feeling of seeing your baby on that screen. Blurry shapes become the most precious baby parts I could imagine. At first, we had a tricky time at first positioning for the view between his legs, but sure enough...a boy!

Auden kept moving his arms around his face - and I swear he waved a couple times. He also held up a finger and made a number one gesture! Auden mostly hangs out on my left side, but he's beginning to kick harder and harder. He's so much like his daddy already. It looks like he has Ryan's feet too!

The rain lately has forced me to evaluate my weather-friendly fashion choices (thanks to a maxi skirt and an overlooked puddle), and I find myself frustrated by my closet lately. These pieces would mend some holes in my transitional autumn/winter wardrobe, not to mention raise morale too! I've been drooling over these slipper-boots for a couple of weeks now...can't get enough of the yellow pom beanie. As for jackets, I'm certain that floral piece is godsend to us earthlings - and ugh over the most perfect faux fur cuddle buddy.
